Christo has over 14 years of experience in the card industry, during which time he headed up Absa Merchant Acquiring for 8 years and was General Manager at Absa Card: Africa. Christo also chaired the Card Acquiring Industry Forum.

Christo joined EFTPOS in 2010 and was appointed as Managing Director in July 2011, the position he currently holds.
