Jill, who holds a BCom (Hons) in Industrial Psychology from UPE, started her career in the recruitment industry, before joining Lodge Holdings, focusing on Organisational Development.  There she was promoted to National Human Resources Manager in a generalist role for two years. Jill joined ATM Solutions as Human Resources Manager in 2005.

Jill currently manages the HR Department as the HR Executive of Paycorp Holdings, holding company of ATM Solutions, where she focuses on areas such as Talent Acquisition, Retention and Management, Performance Management, Leadership and Skills Development.
