Louis joined EFTPOS in October 2010 and is responsible for managing the fulfilment process, customer service, terminal management and deployment as well as compliance and fraud monitoring.

Louis started his career at ABSA Card in 1996 and spent 14 years in card acquiring where his career culminated in being appointed as the Head of Operations: Card Acquiring and Card Scheme Management. Louis’ experience in the card acquiring arena has proven invaluable to EFTPOS.
