Stephen holds a BAcc CA (SA) qualification and joined Paycorp Holdings as Chief Financial Officer in March 2008. In August 2011 he was appointed as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for Finance and Operations.
 
Stephen has spent 24 years at a senior management level in commerce, mainly in retail, distribution and services industries. Having operated in both listed and unlisted Groups, Stephen has extensive experience in all financial, operational and corporate aspects of business and brings his expertise to the group.

He joined the Metro Cash and Carry Group in 1984 and over the next seven years Stephen held various financial positions, becoming Group Financial Director. In 1991 he joined the W & A / FSI Group where he fulfilled a financial and operational role in a portfolio of retail and distribution businesses. Thereafter Stephen spent seven years with the Forza / CMH Group as Commercial Director of the Forza Group, and Managing Director of CMH Marine and Leisure.
